What we collect
When you request quotes: your name, phone or LINE ID, province, utility, monthly bill, system size, roof type, any message you type and the calculator result. We do not collect ID card numbers or financial data.
Why
To pass your request to solar installers so they can contact you with a quote, and to follow up that the request was handled. The legal basis is your consent.
Who receives it
Up to 5 installers per request that are registered with the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) or the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA). We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long
Up to 12 months from the request, after which personal data is deleted automatically.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time, by emailing yunmindoneit@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect sharing that already happened. You may complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.
Cookies and analytics
We may use Google Analytics to count visits and calculator use without identifying you.
